About Your Host
Sheyenne Crespo, MS, BCBA, LBA, brings a wealth of experience and expertise in both the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and public speaking. Sheyenne has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2018, starting as a behavior technician and becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2019. With a strong foundation in working with children diagnosed with Autism in clinical and home settings, Sheyenne advanced to a leadership role as Director of Learning and Professional Development in 2021. In this role, she has trained new BCBAs, managed continuing education opportunities, and facilitated professional growth for behavior analysts. Sheyenne has built an impressive track record in public speaking, having attended numerous workshops to refine her skills and delivered impactful presentations across various platforms. Her experience includes hosting CE events, speaking at retreats, leading professional development initiatives, and guiding onboarding programs for behavior analysts. Drawing from these experiences, she has developed valuable strategies to overcome public speaking anxiety and empower fellow BCBAs to step confidently into leadership roles as front-of-the-room behavior analysts.
